President C. Michele Hayden, PMP

Michele Hayden is the President and founder of Hayden Software Consulting, Inc. Michele holds a MS and BS in Computer Science from Loyola University, Maryland and has 20 years of experience in Software Engineering. Along with providing the foundation and direction for Hayden Software, Michele is still actively employed as an Agile Software Development Manager for 5 software projects and is still writing code.

Michele has provided her software engineering talents to several large scale deployed systems. She has also provided technical leadership and software process mentoring to several teams throughout her career.

Michele manages the day-to-day operations of Hayden Software. She knows what motivates software engineers since she and her husband, Joe, are both software engineers. This unique perspective ensures that each Hayden Software employee is treated as an individual with their engineering career goals at the forefront.
